1. Introduction
Welcome to EntryPrep! These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between EntryPrep (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the student (referred to as “you,” “Student,” or “Consumer”) who enrolls in any of our GMAT preparation courses, 1-on-1 tutoring, or business school application consulting services (collectively referred to as “Courses” or “Services”).
YOU HEREBY REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE AN APPLICANT OR PROSPECTIVE APPLICANT TO ONE OR MORE GRADUATE SCHOOL PROGRAMS AND THAT YOU ARE USING ENTRYPREP SERVICES SOLELY FOR SUCH PURPOSE. YOU HEREBY REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE NOT ENGAGED IN THE BUSINESS OF PROVIDING TEST PREPARATION SERVICES OR ADMISSIONS CONSULTING SERVICES, AND THAT YOU ARE NOT EMPLOYED BY OR HAVE ANY RELATIONSHIP WITH ANY PERSON OR ENTITY THAT MAY BE IN COMPETITION WITH ENTRYPREP.
By accessing our website www.entryprep.com or enrolling in any Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

3. Course enrollment and payment
3.1 Registration process
- Users can enroll in our courses and services via our website (www.entryprep.com).
- Enrollment is confirmed only after the full payment has been processed.
- Once enrolled, you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to access the course materials and schedule.
3.2 Payment methods
- Payment must be completed before accessing the course.
- We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers and MBWAY.
- Prices are listed in Euros (€) and may be subject to applicable taxes.
- EntryPrep does not cover any external GMAT test fees, application fees, or other third-party costs.
- At the time of registration for the Course, it is sometimes possible to use discount codes. Packages of products or bundles consisting of several products cannot be combined with discounts, coupon codes, or vouchers.
3.3 Refund & cancellation policy
- Refunds are available only if requested within 14 days of enrollment, provided that no live class has been attended or study materials accessed.
- Once a course has started, no refunds will be issued.
- In the unlikely event that EntryPrep cancels a course, enrolled students will receive a full refund within 30 days.
3.3 Course availability
- Courses have limited seats, and enrollments are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until all available places are filled.
- If a Course does not reach the minimum required number of participants, EntryPrep reserves the right to cancel the Course and issue a full refund within 30 days, excluding the cost of any course materials already delivered or activated, without any obligation arising from such cancellation to compensate the Consumer for any damage whatsoever or to grant any other form of compensation.
4. Course participation and access
4.1 Online course & study materials
- The characteristics of the individual Courses and Services (purpose of the Course or Services, provisional calendar, duration in days and hours of classes, program, teaching materials provided, costs and registration methods, etc.) are described in the respective product pages on the website www.entryprep.com and the illustrative and advertising materials distributed publicly.
- Our courses are conducted in entirely online via Zoom live sessions, recorded lessons, and interactive exercises.
- The language of instruction for our classes may vary based on the composition of the class. If there are no international students present, classes will be conducted in Portuguese. However, if international students are part of the class, the instruction will be in English. All study materials are in English. The minimum level of English recommended to take the Courses and then take the tests is a CEFR B2 level. Certifications proving the level of English are not required.
- Study materials are accessible for the duration of your plan:
- Basic Plan: 3 months access
- Advanced Plan: 4 months access
4.2 Communication & support
- After enrolling, Students will be added to an exclusive WhatsApp and Telegram group for course updates and instant feedback. All communications about the Course, including assignments, recordings, and announcements, will be held and shared exclusively via those channels. All communication with the tutor is done through the specific WhatsApp and Telegram channels.
- It is the Student’s responsibility to regularly check emails and messages for updates.
4.3 Attendance & rescheduling
Private tutoring classes
- Invitations to sessions are emailed to the email address specified during registration of the Course. It is the Student’s responsibility to ensure that the correct email address is provided and to check the emails to receive all communications in a timely manner.
- Students must join sessions on time but if the Student is late to the class, the tutor must be notified. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in loss of session access.
- If a student cannot attend a scheduled session, they must notify EntryPrep at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule (only applicable for private tutoring sessions).
Group course
- If a Student cannot attend a lesson, the tutor must be informed in the dedicated group course chat at least one hour before the class.
- Group course sessions cannot be rescheduled, but students will have access to recorded sessions.
- If all Students in a group do not attend, the session will not be rescheduled.
- Regular attendance is encouraged to maximize the benefits of the course.
- Students joining the Course later, when the Course has already started, will have access to the previously recorded lessons. EntryPrep has no obligation to provide other help, teaching, or materials to recover the lessons not attended.
4.4 Student responsibilities
- Maintain a stable internet connection for live sessions and ensure that the microphone and video camera are working during the lessons.
- In case of technical problems, inform the instructor and follow her guidance.
- Respect class duration: adhere to the scheduled class duration to allow for efficient use of time.
- Professional behavior: maintain professional behavior similar to how you would behave in a physical classroom.
- Respect fellow students: treat fellow students with respect and courtesy. Avoid bullying, discrimination, or offensive language. Any form of harassment or disruptive behavior may lead to course suspension without a refund.
- Respect the instructor: address the instructor respectfully, using her name or appropriate title.
- Mute when not speaking: keep your microphone muted when not speaking to reduce background noise.
- The camera must be turned on at all times during the class.
- Engage in active listening during class discussions and when the instructor is speaking. Avoid side conversations.
- Review materials in advance and have required textbooks or materials ready.
- Stay focused on the class content and avoid distractions or multitasking.
- Actively participate in class discussions, answer questions, and contribute to a positive learning atmosphere.
- Don’t hesitate to ask questions or seek clarifications when you don’t understand a concept.
- Use the ”raise hand” feature or physically raise your hand to speak or ask questions.
- Use the chat or questions feature for non-verbal communication and relevant questions.
- Privacy and confidentiality: respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow classmates. Do not share class discussions outside the class.
- Keep login credentials confidential; sharing access with others is strictly prohibited.
- Protect course materials: respect that all course materials, including video content and study materials, are EntryPrep’s property and should not be shared or used outside the course.
5. Intellectual property rights
- All course materials, including books, videos, audio, texts, questions, study guides, explanations, diagrams, images, animations, and other content you receive or have access to during the Course, regardless of medium or format (collectively, “Course Content”) are the intellectual property of EntryPrep.
- Consumer may not download, record, screenshot, copy, or reproduce Course Content in any way. Making audio and/or video recordings of a lesson or any part of the Course is prohibited. Consumers may not decompile, reverse engineer, scrape, or analyze programs.
- Students may use materials for personal study only and are prohibited from sharing, distributing, or reproducing them without explicit written permission from EntryPrep.
- Any unauthorized distribution may result in account suspension and legal action.
6. Liability disclaimer
- EntryPrep strives to provide accurate and effective GMAT preparation strategies. However, we do not guarantee specific GMAT scores or admission to any business school.
- We are not responsible for any decisions made by students based on course content or guidance provided.
7. Privacy & data protection
- We collect personal data such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers for communication and course administration.
- All personal data is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is not shared with third parties without consent.

8. Modifications & updates
- EntryPrep reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing law & dispute resolution
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
- Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation first; if unsuccessful, they will be settled in the courts of Portugal.
